FREDERICTON—The New Brunswick government has narrowly passed changes to legislation to restrict the number of nursing household staff who are capable to go on strike.

The variations to the Crucial Providers in Nursing Residences Act handed by a vote of 24-22 on Friday as the a few users of the People’s Alliance celebration sided with the minority Progressive Conservatives.
